attentive staff organized vehicle perfect lounge
The staff were genuinely attentive and always ready to assist with any request. The vehicle service was well organized. It made airport trips seamless. The hotel lounge provided happy hours that were a perfect way to unwind after a busy day.
I noticed the absence of easily accessible USB charging ports near the bed.

The room included a spacious layout and provided excellent showers that had strong water pressure. There was also plenty of hot water, I would say.

The hotel offers a semi-Olympic swimming pool. It is ideal for both leisurely swims and serious workouts. The gym had modern equipment to suit all fitness levels. There was a comfortable lobby with cozy seating areas.

clean room free transfers inefficient waiters limited alcohol
the rooms were very clean and had a western style. The hotel is close to the airport and it offers convenient free transfers. I found the proximity especially useful for my early morning flight.
The restaurant seemed overstaffed, yet waiters seemed INefficient, too focused on their phones. I wanted a glass of wine with dinner. i learned i would have to sit outside. it was a bit inconvenient.

The staff was courteous and helpful. Aswathy deserves special mention for her really good service. I found well organized vehicle service made trips hassle free. I enjoyed the happy hour lounge.
The hotel had a slight billing error I was able to identify it and correct it.

shambolic check-in limited snacks
The check-in process was a bit of a shambles. it took forever, and i wasn't offered so much as a glass of water. then, the executive lounge access was more of a suggestion than a reality. The selection of snacks resembled a sad school cafeteria more than a fancy hotel perk. i think they ran out of food. next time i bring my own.

mixed experience near the airport
weird smell inattentive waiter
the hotel location near the airport is fine and the complimentary pickup was helpful.
The room i first got had a weird smell, then i changed. the restaurant had too many waiters who seemed more interested in their phones. It felt understaffed and slow. i wanted wine with dinner, but they told me i had to sit outside, yet later i found a sad bar hidden on the first floor with strong warnings about alcohol, quite strange.

early flight smooth drop
I found the room spacious, and everything was very clean. the drop off to the airport functioned smoothly. It was very convenient for my early flight.
The gym lacked clear instructions for operating some of the equipment. It could be improved. the signage was minimal. It made figuring things out slightly difficult.
